Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide a hassle-free return and refund experience. Please review our policy below:

Returns and Refunds Period:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or request a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if 30 days have passed.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Exempted Items:

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials, and items containing flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

Required Documentation:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Manufacturer Returns:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Follow our return process for a smooth experience.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened items like books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in the refund processing.
  4. If you have completed the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {ringanlin@gmail.com}.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please email us at {ringanlin@gmail.com} and send your item to: {No. 10, Dongfu Street, Huangpu District, Guangzhou}.

Gift Returns:

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns:

To initiate a return, please mail your product to: {No. 10, Dongfu Street, Huangpu District, Guangzhou}.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
